Absolutely — we insist on it. Free site visits are available every day of the week; we can also arrange transport from within Kakinada.

What documents are required for plot registration?

You'll need the sale deed, mother deed, encumbrance certificate, latest property tax receipts, layout approval copy, buyer's ID and PAN, and passport-size photographs. We help you assemble all of this.

What are the stamp duty and registration charges in Andhra Pradesh?

As of 2026, stamp duty is 5%, transfer duty is 1.5% and registration fee is 1% — a total of 7.5% of the higher of market or agreement value. Rates are set by the state and can change; always confirm with the sub-registrar.

Yes. Every apartment and gated community is RERA-registered, and every plotted layout has KAUDA / DTCP approval. Numbers are on the individual property pages.
